Barriga llena \u00a1Coraz\u00f3n contento!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>N\u00famero de porciones: 4<\/em><strong><br><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\">\n<li>Lomo de cerdo (600 g)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal (8 g)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pimienta (5 g)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajo (12 g)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Or\u00e9gano (5 g)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cerveza (1 Unidad)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Miel de abejas (30 g)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mostaza (50 g)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tomate (150 g)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cebolla blanca (450 g)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chorizo (4 unidades)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Butifarra (4 unidades)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suero (110 g)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mantequilla (180 g)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aceite vegetal (60 ml)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pl\u00e1tano maduro (400 g)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Crema de leche (60 g)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lim\u00f3n (100 g)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Naranja (210 g)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mango Tommy (320 g)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cilantro (100 g)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Papel aluminio (50 cm)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Queso Crema (60 g)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>INSTRUCCIONES&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PASO 1: Prepara Lomo de Cerdo<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Adoba el lomo de cerdo con un poco de sal, pimenta, ajo, or\u00e9gano y cerveza.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>C\u00fabrelo con papel aluminio y horn\u00e9alo a 160\u00b0 grados por 40 minutos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un recipiente agrega mostaza y un poco de miel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Despu\u00e9s de los 40 min en el horno, retira el papel aluminio y sumerge el lomo de cerdo en la mostaza y miel<em> (Esto con el fin de crear una capa)<\/em> D\u00e9jalo en el horno por 8 min m\u00e1s, lo retiras y reservas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PASO 2: Prepara la salsa<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Corta tomate, cebolla, chorizo y butifarra por cubos peque\u00f1os.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pon un sart\u00e9n a fuego medio, agrega aceite y media cucharada de mantequilla.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En este orden deber\u00e1 poner los ingredientes al sart\u00e9n: cebolla, chorizo, butifarra y por \u00faltimo el tomate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nota:<\/strong>&nbsp; <em>El tomate se agrega de \u00faltimo debido a que este liberara sus l\u00edquidos, si lo a\u00f1adimos de primero los elementos no se van a dorar, ya que, por funci\u00f3n de este l\u00edquido sufrir\u00e1n una cocci\u00f3n lo que no permitir\u00e1 que los sabores se complementen<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Luego de que el tomate arroje el l\u00edquido, agrega un poco de crema de leche, suero y revuelve (el suero no se debe separar del l\u00edquido, as\u00ed que, \u00a1Revuelve en\u00e9rgicamente!)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Por \u00faltimo, agrega cilantro reci\u00e9n picado.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Paso 3: Acompa\u00f1antes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>\u2022 Pur\u00e9 de pl\u00e1tano maduro.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cocina pl\u00e1tano maduro con unas gotas de jugo de lim\u00f3n y naranja. <em>D\u00e9jalo por 18 minutos.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Retira a un bol, agrega tres cucharadas de mantequilla, una de queso queso crema y bate&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>\u2022 Cebollas salteadas con mango tommy.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Nota:<\/em><\/strong><em> Es una ensalada que la preparaci\u00f3n es caliente, pero se presenta de forma fr\u00eda.<\/em> <em>Esto, con el fin de crear sabores \u00fanicos e igualar texturas.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Corta la cebolla y el mango tommy en julianas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pon un sart\u00e9n medio fuego y saltea la cebolla con un poco de aceite (1 minuto)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Despu\u00e9s del tiempo estipulado, agrega el mango, jugo de naranja, sal <em>al gusto, <\/em>retira y d\u00e9jalo enfriar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Paso 4: Montaje<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como base agregar\u00e1s pur\u00e9 de pl\u00e1tano maduro, encima de este pondr\u00e1s una porci\u00f3n de lomo de cerdo, lo ba\u00f1as en la salsa preparada y al lado a\u00f1ades la ensalada.
