Este tipo de gastronom\u00eda es muy reconocida a nivel mundial debido a que, en el Continente Europeo, cada regi\u00f3n elabora sus comidas con ingredientes propios de la zona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La gastronom\u00eda espa\u00f1ola incorpora tradiciones de diferentes culturas como la \u00e1rabe, jud\u00eda, ind\u00edgena y europea. Por lo general, esta gastronom\u00eda se caracteriza por los tipos de alimentos que suelen comer en cada zona. En la zona norte, prima la comida de mar; en la zona mediterr\u00e1nea, priman los cereales, hortalizas y pescados; en la zona centro, las carnes y los granos; y en la zona, las verduras, las hortalizas y las legumbres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre los platos m\u00e1s representativos y con sabor aut\u00e9ntico espa\u00f1ol, se encuentran las tapas y la paella:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Las tapas<\/strong> son una peque\u00f1a entrada que se come antes de pasar el plato fuerte. Generalmente, vienen acompa\u00f1adas con una bebida y son preparadas con patatas, pan, pescado, carnes, jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico, pimentones, queso, berenjenas, chorizo, aceite de oliva, entre otros alimentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La paella valenciana<\/strong> es una preparaci\u00f3n a base de arroz, y se prepara con una gran variedad de ingredientes t\u00edpicos como alubia blanca, tomate, jud\u00eda verde, pollo, conejo, aceite, sal y azafr\u00e1n. Tiende a cocinarse en un sart\u00e9n ancho, conocido como paellera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La paella de mariscos<\/strong> es una preparaci\u00f3n a base de arroz, y se prepara con una gran variedad de ingredientes entre los cuales predominan los pescados y mariscos como: Mejillones, calamares, langostinos, entre otros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Deleite universal<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>En Combarranquilla, promovimos el deleite por la gastronom\u00eda espa\u00f1ola del 10 al 13 de abril en el Festival Espa\u00f1ol. El Restaurante Mirador del R\u00edo se visti\u00f3 de los olores del Mediterr\u00e1neo. La paella y las tapas fueron las protagonistas, y no pasaron desapercibidas por los visitantes del restaurante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La cocina espa\u00f1ola ofrece una experiencia variada que se adapta a cualquier paladar. Sus aromas, colores y sabores son, por s\u00ed mismos, un atractivo tur\u00edstico. Es innegable que Espa\u00f1a tiene una de las mejores gastronom\u00edas del mundo.
