Es importante consumir frutas, verduras, granos integrales y prote\u00ednas magras si nuestro objetivo es estar en forma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por otro lado, realizar <strong>actividad f\u00edsica<\/strong> de manera regular tambi\u00e9n se vuelve fundamental si buscamos mantener una vida saludable. Caminar, correr, nadar o practicar deportes son algunos de los ejercicios que puedes poner en pr\u00e1ctica. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otro consejo\u00a0clave es el poder <strong>descansar debidamente. <\/strong>Muchas veces olvidamos lo crucial que es tener un sue\u00f1o reparador. Expertos recomiendan dormir entre 7 y 8 horas por noche para permitir que el cuerpo se recupere.
